Local support for people with learning disabilities and their carers
CLDS (Camden learning disabilities service) works with people with learning disabilities in Camden. The service is made up of a health and social care team from the council and the NHS. CLDS is changing the way they support people for the next few weeks. You can download a leaflet that explains the changes they are making.
