Camden Autism Communication Passport

In Camden, we have made a Communication Passport so that autistic people can tell us how they communicate. 

You can write the passport yourself, or you can ask someone to help.

We have developed guidance on how to write the passport.

When you speak to someone in Adult Social Care, you can tell them you have a passport and send it to them to read.
