Greenwood Mental Health Service

Greenwood Mental Health Service is provided by Camden and Islington NHS Foundation Trust.

The Service aims to support people with enduring mental health conditions to substantially improve their quality of life in a supported community.

We will focus on helping people achieve positive outcomes in five main areas:

  • mental wellbeing
  • physical health
  • social networks
  • daily living and
  • skills development.

We adopt a strengths based recovery approach and will support members to progress into meaningful activities outside of the centre.

We place an importance on creative learning as a way of promoting mental health and wellbeing and we work with members to agree goals within a program of activities to help make positive changes.

The service is suitable for people who are motivated to make changes in their lives and committed to attend and take part in groups. A minimum requirement for all members is that they attend at least one activity based group every week.

Further details about how we support you is available our website.
