The Debt Advice Foundation is a national charity that has developed specific information in response to coronavirus.
Call them for debt advice on freephone helpline 0800 043 40 50 from 8am to 6pm. They are taking on new clients as at 7 May 2020.
Alternatively, submit a Helpline call-back online form, stating the time you would like an adviser to call you back.

The debt team at the Mary Ward Legal Centre have increased their capacity and are able to offer telephone appointments for debt advice during the coronavirus pandemic. Clients can access the service by contacting the dedicated debt line on 020 7269 5455 Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm. Alternatively they can email at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a response within two working days.

Hopscotch are currently running telephone support for welfare benefits advice wherever possible.
