Mental health

We all need to look after our mental health so that we can relax more and are better able to cope with life's normal stresses.  Spending long periods inside the home can be stressful or frustrating to some people.  Moods and feelings can be affected and people may feel low, worried or have trouble sleeping.

Services in Camden have adapted to support people dealing with mental health issues generally, but particularly for people who are struggling due to increased pressures from isolation and from stress related to Covid-19. You may already have good support links and relationships with organisations that you trust and it may be good to contact these services now.

Camden has a Resilience Network which comprises of a group of mental health charities and community organisations. They are working together to make services more accessible.
