Covid-19 vaccination
The Covid-19 vaccine is safe, effective and gives the best protection against coronavirus and serious illness.
It is free and available to everyone aged 5 and above. You don’t need to be registered with a GP or have an NHS number to be vaccinated and you won’t be asked for proof of ID, address or immigration status.

Covid-19 booster vaccination
If you have received your 2 doses of the Covid-19 vaccine, having a booster vaccine dose helps to improve the protection you have from your first 2 doses.
A booster vaccine dose helps to give longer-term protection from getting seriously ill from Covid-19.
There are 3 types of booster for the Covid-19 vaccine.

If you are aged 75 and over you or live in a care home for older people, you will be offered a spring booster.
