Sign Video Interpreting service (BSL)
Deaf or Hard of Hearing people who use British Sign Language (BSL) can contact Camden Council using our SignVideo Web Access, an online sign language interpreting service. The service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week and will require a webcam.
If this is your first time, you may need to download a live plug-in. Please follow the instructions once you have loaded the SignVideo Web Access page. The live plug-in enables good video quality and ensures security.

You can use this service in two ways, via the TexMee website or a mobile app.
To use it on your mobile, you will be required to download the TextMee app from the relative app store for your mobile’s operating system.
The service is available between 9am to 5pm Mondays to Fridays, except bank holidays, and will require a webcam.
