One Housing Arlington

One Housing Arlington is a homeless hostel with state-of-the art conference facilities and commercial space for businesses and social enterprises. Any profit we make is invested back into helping our vulnerable residents to move on to secure homes and more stable futures.

Our hostel provides:

• homes for people who are on their journey from homelessness back to independent living
• homes for people who are on low income and are struggling to afford somewhere to live
• residents with a safe place to stay along with personalised support and real opportunities to learn new skills, find a job and get their independence back.

We offer residents bespoke 1 to 1 on-going support to enable them to build confidence, resilience and access training and employment opportunities. We also work hand-in-hand with our social enterprises and commercial businesses to create a mixed, vibrant environment, all under one roof, where our residents can be motivated to get on the right track.

Our trained support team includes specialist officers and support workers, a night team and managers.  The team provides support to our residents who have varying needs due to their history of being homeless or sleeping rough.

This can include:

• mental health support needs
• substance dependency
• and physical health needs.

All our supported residents are referred to us by Camden Council through their hostel pathway service. Residents can stay with us for up to two years.
