NHS Camden

Camden Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) is a local organisation which 'buys' healthcare services for Camden. This includes most hospital services and community based services like blood testing and physiotherapy.  Some of the functions a CCG carries out replace those of Primary Care Trusts that were officially abolished on 31st March 2013, such as the commissioning of community and secondary care.

The CCG are governed by member GP practices and lead the development of the local healthcare system with their partners and the people of Camden. For further information see http://www.camdenccg.nhs.uk/.
